DAYTON, Ohio -- DMHA officers said complaints from neighbors led them to a Dayton apartment with drugs and children inside.

The officers went to a unit at the Mountcrest Apartments off Radio Road Friday morning.

They said they found large amounts of crack-cocaine, money and two guns. There were also two small children in the apartment. padlhildi

Police arrested one man and he is now facing charges.

Officers said Montgomery County Children's Services will investigate the mother with the two children, but she is not facing any criminal charges.
